There is always a general concern among Candidates if monetary issues should be addressed during the Client’s first interview phase.
Our advice on this is that monetary issues need to be addressed with the recruiter before Client interviews.
If there is a disconnect, the recruiter will bring this up with the Client and the Client will decide if they want to move forward with you or they need to strictly obey their budget limitations.
There is no incentive for the Recruiter to play down an Outstanding Candidate even if they come above the budget. The Client should know about it and decide accordingly.
Going into the interview knowing that all parties are informed about your salary expectations is a massive relief, isn't it?
And even more, as they know and still ask you to meet them, you are not in for any surprises.
As we previously stated, at C Level Finance we’ll represent you during the whole interviewing process, negotiating on your behalf to get the best offer possible.
Think of us as your agent!
Once the Client decides you are the one it is time to fine-tune all other aspects of your successful career move.
Best of luck! You‘re in for a career treat!
